Terms and Conditions for Win.Bet

Agreement and Eligibility

Registering at WinBet means you accept these Terms and Conditions along with our Privacy Policy and Bonus Terms – this creates a legally binding contract between you and 138 Soft SRL (Costa Rican registration 546345) operating under Anjouan gaming license. You must be 18+ or whatever minimum legal gambling age applies in your country (whichever is higher) – underage gambling results in immediate account termination with funds confiscated.

One Account Rule

Each person can have only one account on Win.Bet – creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or circumvent restrictions results in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. We detect multi-accounting through IP addresses, device fingerprints, payment methods, similar personal information, and behavioral patterns – during testing we saw 5-6 people banned for this, and their stories always revealed they were running 2-3 accounts.

You’re responsible for account security including maintaining password confidentiality and all activity occurring under your account – use unique passwords with 12+ characters, enable two-factor authentication if available, and never share credentials.

Geographic Restrictions

Citizens and residents of Austria, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Comoros Union, United Kingdom, United States and all US territories, and FATF blacklist countries cannot register or play – using VPNs to circumvent restrictions violates terms and results in account closure with funds forfeited. We verify location through IP geolocation and KYC documents showing actual residence.

Financial Transactions at Win Bet

Minimum deposit is $10 in supported currencies including BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USD, EUR – Win.Bet doesn’t charge deposit fees but payment providers might. All deposits must come from payment methods in your name – third-party deposits are prohibited for anti-money-laundering compliance.

Withdrawals use the same method as deposits unless technical limitations prevent this – minimum withdrawal is $10, maximum is $10,000 per 24 hours for standard accounts with VIP players negotiating higher limits. Before first withdrawal we require KYC verification including government ID, proof of address dated within 3 months, and verification selfie holding your ID – this typically takes 24-48 hours.

We reserve the right to delay or deny withdrawals if we detect suspicious activity, bonus abuse, terms violations, or incomplete verification.

Bonus Terms

All bonuses carry wagering requirements – standard deposit bonuses require 40x wagering within 24 hours, free spin winnings need 30x within 5 days, and daily 20% cashback requires 3x wagering. Maximum bet limits apply with active bonuses – exceeding limits even once can void bonus and all winnings.

Certain games are restricted from bonus play due to low house edge or bonus-buy features – playing restricted games doesn’t contribute to wagering and may result in bonus cancellation. Table games and live casino contribute only 5% toward requirements making them essentially useless for bonus clearing.

Prohibited Activities

Win.Bet prohibits creating multiple accounts, colluding with other players, using automated software or bots, exploiting bugs for profit, systematic bonus abuse, money laundering, providing false information, fraudulent activity, and any behavior we deem contrary to fair play. We reserve the right to terminate accounts, withhold funds, void bets, and take appropriate action when detecting violations – in fraud cases we may report to authorities and freeze accounts for 180 days during investigation.

Liability and Disputes

WinBet operates “as is” without warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or error-free functionality – we’re not liable for losses from technical failures, server downtime, internet issues, payment processor problems, or circumstances beyond our control.

Disputes should first address through support at [email protected] – if informal resolution fails, escalate to our Anjouan licensing authority. Unresolved disputes shall resolve through binding arbitration under Costa Rican law, and accepting these terms waives your right to class-action lawsuits or jury trials.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms anytime with changes effective immediately upon posting – continued use after modifications indicates acceptance. Last revised: March 18, 2025.
